This was really easy to set up
This was really easy to set up. All I did was go to the website and fill in the information you would give for any account and viola! They keep me updated with information and my account balance. I'm very happy.

Be prepared to keep your money locked up/not liquid
I would not recommend DiversyFund because unlike other investment institutions, you cannot access your money in the short-term, making it tough for people who have been hard hit by the Covid pandemic. Furthermore, the growth on my investment has been disappointing compared to what I have received with index funds. If I had known how strict they were on holding on to people's money and that the profits were subpar, I would have never invested with them in the first place.

It's important for prospective investors to understand that DiversyFund is not a short-term or liquid investment. As outlined in the offering documents, funds are committed for a 5 - 7 year hold period so the capital can be deployed into long-term real estate projects. This structure is intentional and common in private real estate investing. It’s not designed for short-term access, especially during market disruptions like COVID. While index funds offer liquidity, they don’t provide the same exposure to tangible real estate assets, which have a different risk and return profile. That said, we’re continuing to provide updates via email and webinars, and liquidation for the Growth REIT is still on track to begin at the end of 2025.
