My product arrived with only 33 days
My product arrived with only 33 days expiry and it took a couple of weeks to get to me very disappointed

Disappointed
Was so excited to order things from India but the lipstick I got looked used with sticky stuff around the edges and almost empty. It’s never like this when I buy it back in India. Customer service was terrible. The guy tried to reason with me that this is just how the product is lol. He wouldn’t offer a refund or exchange (not that I’d want an exchange). He offered a me menial compensation for the inconvenience. Lipstick going right in the trash and won’t be ordering from them again.

Dissatisfaction
The items I ordered were half full and the seal on the packaging was ABSENT! I straightaway contacted them via email as that was the only option. A few emails over a few days backwards and forwards providing clear view of the item still did not go anywhere. I was told that the item cones as it is from the manufacturer. I have not yet come across any items that I brought from anywhere in the world that came without a protective seal!! I mentioned this in the email and Without any luck I had to stop wasting my time. THE MOST DISSAPOINTED CUSTOMER!!

Parcel was damaged and leaked. Packaging was poor. I also complaint to dista but they were not replying me.

No return policy
Everything is good. but there should be some return policy as well or cancellation policy untill I get the order, sometimes things doesn't work and we want to cancel or return the item but there is no option to return or cancel once it is ordered
