My package was lost in transit. Dista realised this and re-ordered for me without me needing to take action. When one of my items wasn't available for restock, Dista asked me if any of their substitutes was acceptable, and when I said no they refunded that amount without further questions. Thank you Dista, this was a pleasant experience for a partially failed order!
