Outstanding services
Outstanding services from not so popular Website. I was unsure to begin with that whether I should buy stuff from unknown website, but after doing bit of research I did it, and I could say now that it was worth a risk as delivery was on time with no hassle.

Top service even when problems have arisen
Often you can see the quality of an organisation when problems arise. The delivery was very quick, only DHL tried to add all sorts of import costs. Something that was clearly stated on the site would not be included. Distacart support helped and supported me so that all issues with DHL were resolved correctly. The import costs were also for their account as agreed. So, in other words. They keep their promise and their support is 100% Top.
