Good app, products and support! Great customer service and support, user friendly app, fast international delivery through reputed couriers (e.g. DHL) once the order has been fulfilled. Some orders, depending upon the product, may take additional time to fulfil but the support team is only a click away (use chat function) and very helpful. I am a repeat customer and would certainly recommend it!

would like to thank Kiran and his staff of distacart for looking after customers and fulfilling the order delivery ontime. First I found Distacart online shop when I was looking for Ayurveda medicine for my wife, which was out of stock in Australia. First time the order was not packed properly and there was some leakage of thailam bottles, however when I notified customer service, they acted very quickly and refunded the damaged products on delivery. I keep on order from distacart ayurvedic products few times after that and their service was fantastic, delivered to Sydney australia from India within week and they took extra care in packaging products especially liquids in bottles, they do extra taping at the bottle cap and use individually bubble wrap and all of the time after 1st incident, the packaging and products were high class! Thanks again Kiran and staff for being as a life saver for my wife's health condition when we had lockdown. I can't imagine how would have my wife suffered if i haven't got the medicines from Distacart. Keep up the good service team :)
