Ordered a product from India to canada…
Ordered a product from India to canada ...but its been month still havent delivered to me ....worst service never go for distacart you will also regret like me

Goods came quickly and well packed but…
Goods came quickly and well packed but DHL tried to extract customs duties which I refused. Distacart said they had sorted the problem but I have received a DHL bill for customs duties. They reply stupidly to me and have not produced documents to show they have paid these customs duties. So an order of €55 has turned into a charge of over €28 euros EXTRA. Too expensive to do business with them again.

Avoid this website please
Avoid this website please. I wanted to make a return for few medicines that my mom’s doctor ordered by mistake, I have sent several emails to provide the reason to their “customer service”, made phone calls, and they still replied to my review that they haven’t received the reason!! Also they said they tried to contact me without a response. Are you kindling me?!! Pay attention to your email unhappy@ whatever email and be serious doing business. Many people handle the unhappy@… email but nobody is responsible for calling you even with a courtesy call. My order is #151778, it was delivery on 12/28/2021I requested a refund since 01/04/2022 and still they are ignoring my emails. When I have called they still told they haven’t receive my emails. They are worried for the review I entered on the product only. They are not really honest with the response you can read below your review. They think customers are stupids. Don’t buy anything from this website, avoid future hassle!! I will update my review if I receive a formal response from them. I wish I knew this before.

Unpleasant experience and Lack Customer Service
I have ordered couple of thing from distacart. But only to discover the fact about worst customer support to figure out the delay on processing the order. I was shock to receive the kind of response which gave me a sense of how insensitive the customer support is. Furthermore when i requested to cancel the order due to added delays, i very rude response from the support. I would advise online shoppers to look for alternate options and online site which provides genuine experience and customer service.

beware of this website
beware of this website. they are selling products without the necessary permits, packaging and safeguards required to protect the consumer in europe, particularly body care products. not to be trusted. there are legal proceedings pending against them.

Regrettably, I cannot give less than one star as trustpilot doesn’t allow me to. These guys are running a racket and making money with no clear contact details you don’t know who you are paying the money to and you will never receive your order. Please stay away from dustcart err. distcart
