Distacart is an amazing organisation! The service provided was excellent. As this is my first time I was a bit scared when choosing the goods. The team are really informed and go the extra mile at every stage. I would recommend them unreservedly. The most fantastic thing was sending me the message of where and when the goods will be delivered. Thank you Kiran

I am very impressed with Distacart's customer service. This is what happened. At the Distacart website it says that there will be no extra duties. However, when I received the delivery I got an invoice from DHL to pay custom duty. Clearly, I was really annoyed by this. However, when I informed Distacart, they were unbelievable helpful. Not only did they apologize for the inconvenience, but they fully accepted responsibility for the customs duties/taxes. They subsequently asked for the payment receipt of the duties paid by me, so that they could initiate a refund for the same. This is truly one of the best experiences I have ever had as a customer.
