As the name suggests, "Disacart" is far distance out from living up to its commitments. It has been almost 2 weeks since I placed an order and so far there is no sign of the order being shipped. They were prompt in taking the money. Absolutely pathetic customer support team. Not enough if you have the support email as"happy @ distacart.com", you should be able to live up to it.

Scammers. Avoid buying from them. They sent me wrong product and when i emailed they just lied to refund half the price of the product but I said I want the full refund cause the product is of no use to me but I got no replies and neither did I get half the refund let alone the full one.

Rating 1 as no option to give a ZERO! Their divine couriers (ARAMEX) possibly need customer’s house keys to deliver as they can’t enter a corner property with fence open entry as “access restricted” may not be true even for their whole delivery truck. On complaining they “reschedule “ delivery and stamp it as “ no one home” when curtains were open, 2 people were home and no car/truck parked in front nor did anyone enter property or knock the door. Sitting in their offices they write these fake statuses and hide behind excuses. In the aforementioned 2 days deliveries were made by Aus post twice, Target and Myer! So Aramex need a Visa to enter and deliver. On top of all this DISTACART starts a review that resets to 24-48 hrs each time you ask them. Can I know when did the 1st minute of 24-48 hrs starts? Anyways not even considering fighting just because it’s a waste of time and energy. JUST WANT A REFUND AND NOT DEAL WITH THIS COMPANY EVER AGAIN.. As someone once told me -“No point fighting with a pig in mud. After a while you realise it’s you getting dirty while the pig’s having fun in it’s natural habitat”

I specifically ordered ORGANIC mung beans.The order confirmation states Organic. They delivered bean not labelled Organic. I don't not accept it as ok. The customer service rep said this manufacturer only produces organic and "not to worry." The package would be labelled Organic is it was Organic. Due to traveling I missed the 15 day return window. Their excuse to not correct the situation. In their response they continue to lie. Also, the shelf life remaining on the product was listed as only 3 months. Perhaps they are trying to get rid of old inventory.They are sneaky and liars. Go else where to order. Maybe this is how they do business in their country. It's not acceptable in the USA.

I placed an order with Distacart in May, trusting that they will pay all relevant costs of shipment (freight and duties). I received a reminder of Fedex of paying the costs. I contacted Distacart logistics and they promised to take the according steps in order to pay the costs. Now I have received a reminder again from an debt collecting company including 40 € additional cost (for treating the debt collecting) and now have to pay 64 € in total, which made the products even more expensive. Pay attention when placing an order!

I ordered two books through Distacart, received one torn out of its cover and the other wasn't the book I ordered. Wrote to Distacart a week ago asking to return the books for a refund, they replied they were investigating and no word since except that now they are asking if I'm happy with their customer service. Distacart has terrible customer service, I am thoroughly unhappy and I will never use Distacart again!

WORST, CHEATING, LYING, FAKE, FRAUD, DISGUSTING AND HOPELESS professional O3 plus detan pack. This is to inform and raise a complaint against the professional O3 plus detan pack product which was purchased on 28/10/22 morning at 10:00 am from Crawford Market, Mumbai is found to be duplicate because even after two times the application of the professional O3 plus detan pack there is no effect of the pack. So for the same we called your customercare no.18002006575 dated 07/11/22 at 04:37 pm a lady spoke to us without any proper resolution. Because there are many shops who keeps your product and who is authorised or not how we come to know. So for your reference I am sending the photos of the box three ways Front, back and main, kindly check and let me know about the product as soon as possible because if it is duplicate I will comment this on social network so that the other customers will be aware of the professional O3 plus detan pack while buying.

I ordered some herbal medicine. Most of the items either the seal was broken or the seal was not even there. The containers were dirty and there were traces of the contents on the container. When I complained the distacart is telling me this is how it comes from the brand. I will never buy anything from them. Also I dont see a review button on their website so I can submit a review.
