Your order #308894, placed on March 20, 2023 was fulfilled on 22-Mar-2023 and our carrier delivered it on 04-Apr-2023 with 10-12 business days Standard Shipping. For smooth delivery, the carrier requested for the complete address instead of the PO box address. However we did not get any update even after multiple follow-ups until 3 to 4 days. By the time you responded, our warehouse team had dispatched the order to your location and attempted delivery. The order was delivered to the same PO box address. Since you claimed to have not received the order, we requested you to check with your neighbours. After you confirmed the non-receipt, while we check with our concerned team, we don't want to hold your money so we have immediately refunded it.
