Love distacart. I’m in the USA and I understand that my products are traveling a very long way to reach me. This shipping time is incredible, as is the customer service. Sometimes products are wrapped in so much tape it’s frustrating to remove and it tears the labels. Sometimes the products are wrapped in clear plastic which doesn’t secure the lid and my products leak. I believe this company is doing their best to find the most hassle free and effective way to send products. So if you’re like me, and you live far from where your products are being shipped. Please consider letting customer service know so they have a chance to improve without leaving a negative review for a good product and a great company. Customer of about 6 months and 5 packages received. ***** 5 stars Thanks Distacart for making these products available to me affordably from the other side of the world.

Distacart is a trusted and reputable company - I have placed a number of orders through this company and the items have always arrived very quickly, together with email communication detailing where your item(s) are currently in transit. On my last order, I was looking for a Jovees product, which they didn’t currently stock, so I contacted customer service to enquire as to whether they could get this brand in for me. I received an immediate reply to confirm that they have sourced the product and it would now be available to order on their website - now that’s what I call “going above and beyond” for their customers.
