"Delivery was on time and the product was all intact on arrival!"

I have been shopping with Distacart for quite sometime. Happy with their service and the variety of products they sell. The company is genuine and reliable. If the product is not available they are prompt in refunding amount. The team makes every effort to provide substitute (if any) and if it is approved by the buyer. I think I have experienced plenty to believe in their service. Once my parcel got lost but Distacart followed up with the courier and refunded the amount as delivery could not be made. The other time their team also took care of custom clearance in the UK when my package was on hold. I am really happy I found them. Have reffered them to friends in other countries too. Would highly recommended others to shop with them too.

I am very happy with the service provided by Distacart. It was the first time I used their service and I got an email confirming the purchase and providing useful information regarding delivery times and mentioning that I shouldn't pay any additional fee, as it was the case. Thanks to this service I could get important products at a reasonable price. Strongly recommend it.

It was a pleasure ordering through Distacart! Like many, I was hesitant to order from from anywhere outside of South Africa, but I can confidently say that Distacart exceeded my expectations. I experienced a problem at customs and Distacart stayed true to their word. I had to pay a custom fee which Distacart immediately refunded me for. This company is legit and their customer service is beyond excellent!

"Best customer service! Especially Kiran who deals mostly with customers. When I ordered he was sending notifications from start to end during the whole delivery process. I am going to use Distacart again when my medicine runs out!

This was the first time I purchased with Distacart. From my first enquiry through to the delivery of my products, I was absolutely amazed by their service. I was surprised that the CEO replies to queries himself. I had a problem with the shippers asking me to pay duties. I referred them to Distacart & they paid the duties & kept me updated. I ordered 3 products & all arrived well packaged & perfectly intact. Excellent online shopping & super customer service. Thanks!

I ordered the 25,30 and 40 medi globules and was bummed when saw a message to expect arrival later than promised , but to my surprise they arrived on time and I was very impressed with the quality of packaging for postage!! It deserves 5 stars! I appreciate that individual bags of globules were packaged in a clear container and bubble wrap to protect the contents! I really appreciate the company’s effort placed into keeping the quality of the product during shipping. I’m looking forward to using them with my AO device!
