Everything arrived after a rough journey through customs & duties. I had a lot of support from distacart and they paid for everything. I’d probably suggest to increase security in shipping because 2 of the 5 bottles I bought were open and I had some tablets floating inside the fedex bag.

Dear Mary, Thank you for your valuable review. We apologize if any inconvenience was caused. Our fulfillment partner audits every product and ensures they're in intact condition before dispatch. Occasionally, the customs department does this for a security check. Please don't worry, we will take responsibility and request you to forward the images of open seal/box products to [email protected] and we will be more than happy to assist you. Thank you, Customer Happiness Team!

Great products, great service! I am so happy I have found my ayurvedic products supplier, I found the same products that were recommended to me in India by an Ayurvedic doctor. And the products were delivered so quick and a great service overall, I would highly recommend!
