This is second time my order is getting…
This is second time my order is getting unnecessarily delayed, it seems to be a common practice in international shipping to add delivery remarks cancelled and to return the order to source just to make extra money. This is most stupid activity Order number - 454061 21/06/25 - replying to the Distacarts reply. The address is absolutely correct, I am present at address location, I am surprised how I was not contacted at all and delivery partner tried to deliver "two times at the doorstep" what a ridiculous thing to state.
Response from Distacart.comJun 21, 2024
Dear Ashutosh, We apologize for the inconvenience caused. It's our responsibility to ensure they deliver the shipment to your doorsteps. The shipping carrier attempted delivery at your door twice but it failed due an insufficient address. Please do not worry, we are following up with the carrier to get the order delivered. Since you have already paid for the order, you need not pay any additional payment. Thank you, Customer Happiness Team!

Worst company ever
I personally wouldn't even give one star. The worst company I have ever had dealings with. Pure fraud. They falsely advertise items and send you something totally different and then refuse to refund you the refund and the delivery my advice is to avoid this company unless you want to be tricked and robbed of your money.

Dear Hira, Thanks for the review. We apologize if any inconvenience was caused. It's our responsibility to ensure they deliver the shipment to your doorsteps. We have checked the order details and found our seller has dispatched and delivered the shipment to your doorsteps within the promised time. The order was placed on April 27, 2024 and fulfilled on April 28, 2024. Our delivery partner delivered the package on May 08, 2024. It seems the confusion regarding the delivery was created due to the updates in the tracking link shared by the carrier. Kindly note that the carrier constantly updates the details in the tracking link to provide the latest details to the customer. Please reach out at [email protected] or call us at +18552534782 for more clarification on the promising time and we'll be happy to assist you further.
