The initial shipment was contained by quarantine and it was significantly delayed. During this process I reached out to distacart and they kept me updated throughout the process. They sent out another order without any additional cost from me to compensate for the delay. So I received two lots of these sweets I had purchased. One packet was completely ruined due to the delay at the cargo centre but it was replaced with the new box we received. So overall I was 200% satisfied with the shopping experience. The sweets are really good too!"

I’ve only used Distacart the one time and was very impressed with the service and communication. I thought the delivery time was very good considering I’m in Australia and it was free shipping When the package arrived it was wrapped up nicely and had no chance of being damaged I will definitely be a return customer!

Dear Saud, Thanks for the review. It incurs a lot of money to our fulfillment partner for shipping products overseas from India at express delivery. Please note that the product price is inclusive of duties and all the taxes so that you have peace of mind with hassle-free delivery. Having said that, we have still passed the feedback to the seller. Thank you, Customer Happiness Team!

I ordered a kurtha set from Denmark and was pleasantly surprised by the exceptional quality of the product I received. Not only was the price quite reasonable, but the delivery also arrived right on schedule. What truly stood out was the fantastic team at Distacart. They were incredibly friendly and displayed great communication skills when addressing any issues or concerns we had. Their humility and politeness were truly commendable.
