This is so unfair that after paying too…
This is so unfair that after paying too much amount for the product, this distacart people charging you for custom duties. This is all so unfair. I will not be ordering any product from this store.

However, in rare cases, invoices will be issued in the customer’s name. If you have received a payment invoice or link, please forward it to [email protected], and we will handle the payment and share the receipt with you. I recently had a frustrating experience…
I recently had a frustrating experience with a logistics company that I feel compelled to share. I placed an order expecting timely delivery, but the package never arrived on the promised date. After reaching out for updates, I was initially met with vague responses and no clear resolution. Days later, I received a notification stating they could not fulfill the delivery at all. While I appreciate the refund, the lack of communication and reliability was disappointing. It felt like my concerns were brushed aside, and I was left without the item I needed. Overall, I cannot recommend distacart based on my experience. Timeliness and communication are key in this industry, and unfortunately, they fell short on both counts.

I am an extremely unsatisfied…
I am an extremely unsatisfied customer... your website subscribed me to products that I did not want and refuse to give me a refund. Your business practices are deceptive and customer service unsatisfactory. There is nowhere on the website where I can see my active subscriptions... or even cancel it or change/delete my payment method. This site is a major scam driving business unwanted subscriptions.. And when I requested to cancel my account... They wanted an explanation and would not do it... They sent me the following message "We regret to inform you that we are unable to cancel the account. Please do not worry there will be recurring orders placed again" So, I guess they can't even cancel my account

they are absolutely fraud ..
they are absolutely fraud ... i got their item and i am sendi g it back due to medical reason but when i approach to them their ceo kiran ... she replied sorry for the inconvenience ... i am not returning your money back .... so strange so plz e careful when you are going to buy any thing from this site ... so whats wrong with australia ... you guys are scammers ........ now today when they see my review that is effecting their business they quickly offer me the refund .... i mean they quickly change their stretgy ..... wow what a way to scam the people ..... i will explore you out till that time until you refund my money back ....

Don't trust this site. Stupid people working behind.
Fake site. Don't order. Stupid people handling the orders. I ordered an item which was supposed to be pack of Five and received only one. It's mistake from their side and I keep calling them to resolve the issue. And all i am getting is our team is working on it, our team will get back to you....and they never do a thing. What's their team? Of one person? It's not called a team bro. I lost my customer due to this fake people.

I never received my order
I never received my order. I was not able to track the order online and when i called they said it has been delivered. I received some Iranian piatascios instead of clothes in some delivery I received today from Delhi. It says women's dress in a corner on the label. Not sure if Distacart sent the nuts of the dresses ( worth over 40$) Wondering if they are scammers.
