These people are a complete rip off
These people are a complete rip off. They are capitalizing on the desperation of Indian crowds seeking certain Indian products. Because some of these are not available anywhere they’re forced to buy at distacart. And here they are made to pay multiple times the Original cost of the item. Not only that, they are also made to pay unreasonable shipping costs. Not that the products are shipped expediently. They take normal times for delivery sometimes even longer. So please don't be desperate and be fleeced By such online retailers

DIDN'T RECEIVE THE PRODUCT
DIDN'T RECEIVE THE PRODUCT. DIDN'T GET A REFUND. PRODUCT NEVER ARRIVED AND NOT EVEN A PROPER TRACKING SERVICE WAS PROVIDED. DIDN'T KNOW WHICH PARCEL SERVICE THEY USED. NEVER GOT ANY EMAILS REGARDING SHIPPING OR DELIVERY. DON'T RISK IT!!!

Never received my vitamins
Never received my vitamins. I called Abd could barely understand the woman answering the phone. She said it was delivered but I never received the product!

The worst experience ever
The worst experience ever. I bought 3 dresses from distacart and I wanted to return a dress because the size didn't fit me. Their site states easy returns. But they haven't mentioned the return address anywhere in their site. I contacted their customer care via email for an exchange for bigger size for one of the dress. They denied exchange. So in that case, i asked to return the product. I even confirmed that i would bear the return cost to USA. But still I haven't got the return address from their team. They keep asking ridiculous questions for days nows but won't share the address for the return. What's the use of stating easy returns on their site but won't share the information for return. It's ridiculous!! Never buying again from here.

Very disappointed with the service
Very disappointed with the service. I didn't get any updates about my order and when I check in to it it's showing that the courier has been delivered one week ago and showing a different address and image of a different house. When I contacted the service team , they're not even responding. Couldn't even access my order through the App.

Its a scam!!!
Its a scam!!!! We ordered kurti and plazo and could not wear it after one wash, such worst was the quality and shipping charges are big scam. You will never get the product on time..It was last time I used it.

Horrible Customer Service
The shipping company delivered my package to the wrong address which they provided a picture of and it had the address on the door frame, which wasn’t my address that I ordered to. I emailed the company, I was asked to send them a picture of my house door, which shouldn’t have been needed because the shipping company provided the picture of delivering my package to the wrong address but I still sent it. I was told they’d get back to me on 1-2 days. I waited 3 days after not hearing from them and emailed them again to ask about the status and I got no response from them. Save your time and energy and not order from these people.

Order not received!!!
I placed an order since October 16 and today I actually received an email that I would receive my order. I see that the order is being returned to the sender because it only has a zip code and no home address at all. What bad and careless mistakes you are making. .This is the first time I have experienced such a mistake.I paid €115 for this order.I will never order from this website again!!!
