Fantastic service and very honest to deal with! Recently I purchased some shoes online via Distacart who are based in the USA. I live in New Zealand. I received a phone call a few days later asking me to confirm my shoe size, a day later I received an email advising that my shoe size was now not available, as had been advised by Distacart's supplier, at which Distacart promptly refunded my money - in full - with an apology. I was blown away because normally I would have to chase the online trader for a refund. I'm really impressed and will deal with them again.
