STILL DON'T HAVE PACKAGE

Hello sir, I opened my parcel and the entire packaging was torn and the entire tube was wasted outside. What should I do about it now?I have been emailing you since I received the parcel. I haven't received any response from you. Please reply. I need to replace the parcel.

Bad! Too bad! I'll list the reasons why! 1. Delivery time is not what they advertise, false info. 3-5 Days took 2 weeks! 2. The Saffron Oil I ordered was not available, no one contacted me or whatsoever (butok!) what's not Ok is that THEY JUST PARTIALLY REFUNDED IT! 3. ITEMS ARE REALLY IN BAD CONDITION. Like the jasmine EO, the bottle and the dropper was ridiculous. It has a lot of substance like glue to stick it i guess?? 4. The EO that was advertised as 100% was not pure. (Not distacart fault but... 💁 Not ordering here anymore

I did not receive my parcel and marked delivered. I contacted the customer service several times no reply . Very bad customer service and this is scam. Not happy with this at all

I ordered the Teeya Creation Teal Color Georgette Heavy Work Fully Stitched Sharara Set in the size medium and when I received the order today the pants were incredibly large. I contacted customer service multiple times and requested a return label, however they asked for pictures, which I sent (they went on to ask for ones with measuring tape) instead of providing me with the return label. They continued to do EVERYTHING but provide me with accurate return information. Finally, one customer service agent claimed they would email me my return label and I waited over 6 hours but still didn’t received the label. I don’t want a replacement for this order (which they kept on trying to push on me) I would just like to return the product. I was more than willing to pay the return shipping fees. I’ve shopped online on many websites but have never received such incompetent customer service. This is absolutely my last time shopping here. And I have yet to receive an email regarding my return label.

I am not happy with this company, I bought some facial cream to trial, the moment I put the cream on my face on day one I badly reacted to the cream and had some rash and redness on my face. I contacted the company to advise and they asked me to send back the products for a refund,I sent the product back and sent a copy of the reciept to them showing evidence of posting For some reason the parcel was not recieved in their and and the company told me that they were giving me 24 hours to respond before they close the case Why close the case when I have not managed to contact the American post from australia where I am based I felt like the company was not supportive enough to their client because of this I would like to review that buy from them at your own risk because I am on the verge of losing 90 dollars just like that , life is tough already when you buy something you want to feel the value for money Following this review I received a call the next day and e mail confirming that I was being refunded my money in full , thank you for understanding on this matter, the stress i went through trying yo locate that parcel and dealing with pimples from reaction to the cream feel better now

Distacart sells wide range of herbal medicine and products from numerous vendors like Himalaya pharmaceuticals. But most of the products they are selling are fake and fills by them or someone working for them. I am a Ayurveda doctor in Canada and use Himalaya products for 15 years for my patients. I recently ordered several packages of Mentat tablets of Himalaya and got a totally different pills in the bottles. The product were packed and sealed in original containers like original but they were brown color pills made of "broom sticks" or broken furniture. The original pills must be Blue color. I prescribed one of my patients to buy Liv.52 from Himalaya and he ordered it through Distacart. He also got 10 bottles of a fake brown color pills packed in the original containers. I complained this to Distacart but still not taken any action for more than 5 months
