It's misleading information on the website about the product. On the website it says no preservatives 100% natural ingredients but when I read the actual ingredients on the products it says three different types of preservatives has been put in the products.

First of all the site i was on yo order was Tavazoh, and it appeared to be in Germany. It took a long time for my order to arrive.

Dista cart did everything right and sent the Ashirvaad Ghee ahead of time BUT the Ghee was in a card board container and not the usual plastic jar which is much much easier to use in the Kitchen Greatest pity that they did so as I wouldn’t rush back to them ….sadly the Ghee itself is wonderful

I have ordered many times from your site. This time the package of hair growth serum I order was not packaged properly . The serum got leaked all over the box and about half of the bottle was leaked . This was really disappointing .

Updated to 3 stars after resolution. If there was better communication I would have gone up to 4 stars. They do care and sent the package the second time with a faster courier. Ordered. Tracking never worked as expected. Ultimately see tracking saying RTO delivered after weeks - not sure what this means. No communication. I have just written an email and hopefully I can at least get a refund. I should have realised this is a dodgy site based on the website and how the tracking made no sense.

1. i see items which are not on the subscribed list 2. several items which are in stock and on subscribed list are missing, and i had to order them separately, loosing that 10% or what ever the discount i get with subscription

Customer service was confused when I was inquiring about my order. Had to ask several times. And even called them and they did not know what was happening to my order.

Distacart was very helpful in the beginning when I changed my order. When I did not receive my order weeks after I placed the order, they went out of their way to correct the problem. It is a pity I had to raise a complaint before they actually did something to address the problem.
