Graceful under pressure
My recent order was a chance for me to deal with the company multiple times to figure out some issues. At each step they handled things very professionally as well as kindly. Then my order got stuck in customs and was delayed for some time. So without me even asking they resent the complete order which arrived in only a few days. They wanted to be sure I had the things I ordered despite the customs issues. That was good business right there. They checked on me as well, sending update emails to let me know how they were handling the slow mail issues which had nothing to do with them at all. But they stood behind the package making sure it arrived. They even called to make sure it arrived in good shape. Fantastic customer service!
