Placed order 10 days back
9/30/22: Received next order without hassle Updating review comment and rating #4 ——————————————————— 08/19/22: Placed order 10 days back . Item not yet delivered.. being sent to a different location/ address Follow up multiple times with Distacart…..requested for 2 days of time to revert back. Also updated me …. “Greetings from Distacart * Happiness Team! We request you to please visit the local FedEx office with the tracking number ########219769 regarding the order #**8359.” Checked with FEDEX ,FedEx..requested to verify with Shipper, Now I need to follow up with Distacart Unable to give <0 or negative -5 feedback feedback Pathetic service and customer care. Definitely not recommended :(

Excellent service about parcel & delivery but for rate of 1 GBP !
Excellent service about parcel packing and intact delivery in promised time. BUT I am not happy about price being quoted in US $ but debited in British Pounds at the rate of 1 pound is equal to 1 US Dollar though the official rate is ! British Pound is equal to 1.26 US $. This is unfair.

Express delivery after 30 days
Express delivery only after 30 days by Fedex, but items arrived sealed and in good conditions, with good expiry dates. Paid higher prices in euros because there`s no conversion from us dollar prices on the online store, making prices not very appealing compared to other similar online stores.

Great service
