Hi Reetu Prasad, We're sorry to hear about your recent experience and appreciate you taking the time to share your concerns. We understand how disappointing it is when an order doesn't arrive as expected, especially when timely delivery is essential. To help clarify: your order was partially dispatched due to a temporary stock shortage caused by higher than expected demand. An order confirmation email was sent within three days of your purchase, and we responded to your emails with updates regarding the delay in the second shipment. We acknowledge the shipping address issue and sincerely apologize for that error we take full responsibility and are working internally to prevent such mistakes moving forward. Please reach out to us at [email protected] or call us at +18552534782 if you need any further assistance, and we'll be happy to assist you further. Thank you, Customer Happiness Team!
