Exceptional service
I have ordered several times from Distacart and every time the service has been exceptional. In one case the item I ordered was no longer available, and Distacart Customer Support found another vendor who could provide the same item for me. In another case Distacart made a follow-up call to ensure my order was actually delivered on the day indicated. In every instance my orders were very carefully packaged to prevent breakage which meant a great deal to me as the items ordered were quite fragile. I can’t recall another online vendor that has been so diligent in ensuring my orders were delivered correctly and carefully and more quickly than expected. Great job!
