The sweets were delicious and the tea fantastic! Service was good. But the duty here was too high, so unfortunately I will not be ordering from your company again.

Overall good just a bit too spammy
Over all was good, delivery was on point, and the packaging was decent. My only complaint is that they are aggressively filling your inbox: discounts, free shipping- you name it. Also, their follow-up system kept sending me cart abandonment emails even after I purchased the items. I did report it several times but got ignored. I wanted to get my items and then unsubscribe. It's been a good experience, just a bit spammy.

The buying process is good
The buying process is good. What is sometimes strange is that the dleivery time takes a long time. It is mostly within anounced dates but these are around 4 weeks. Howver sometimes it exceedes

Great customer service
Overall the product was delivered as stated. The customer service end was great. Their follow up was prompt and always polite. The lack of up to dat shipping information was the only drawback. But I would recommend Dista for others to try
