Good communication and committed to customer service

Your company did a fine job
Your company did a fine job! Even after the other carrier "lost" the package, and the whole thing was delayed by U.S. Customs, we received the merchandise. All's well that ends well. Thanks for keeping us posted throughout the whole process!

The customer support was invaluable. Somehow the delivery company couldn't find our house, and Distacart support walked me through how to make sure to get the package delivered quickly.

The items were exactly as described and authentic, which gave me a lot of confidence. I did face one problem with the delivery, but their customer support was very responsive and polite, and they quickly sorted it out. Overall, very reliable service for getting Indian products delivered abroad.
