Unexpected Customs Charge at Delivery
At the time of purchase, I paid the full amount, including shipping charges. However, during delivery, the courier requested an additional 50 QAR as customs charges. This was not communicated in advance, and there was no prior information indicating that customs charges were excluded from the total cost. This situation is quite disappointing.

I’ve been ordering from here a few…
I’ve been ordering from here a few times. Second time buy the Beet Root Powder. It was delivered a week ago. I just finally opened it and there’s a bunch of dirt and maggots in the bag. I will never order from here again I definitely want my money back . I have pictures as well

Was very disappointed with the product…
Was very disappointed with the product “Wellbeing Nutrition Slow Virgin Omega 3 capsules “ because the image on the website doesn’t match what I received. I bought this product specifically because expected the capsules to have the small bubbles inside for slow release, but the one’s I received were completely different.For the price I paid, I expected the product to match the description an photos shown on the website.

1000ml Ordered, Received 200ml at 3x the Price
I am very disappointed with my experience. I placed an order for what was listed as a 1000ml product, but when I received my package, it was only 200ml. On top of that, I was charged around $87, which is nearly three times the value of the smaller size I received. I would have never purchased a 200ml product at that price, and the item I received does not match what I selected at checkout. To make matters worse, I have reached out to customer service and they have not provided clear instructions on how to return the item or resolve the issue. This experience has been very frustrating and misleading. I would strongly advise others to not shop here.

Parcel delay
Parcel delay , and I checked the tracking it says delivered , when I reached home, parcel was not there. I don’t know if it’s stolen and delivery mistake. I am complaining about it for 3 days now, I have not get any refund or any solution of that. I will never prefer distacart for next time

Please do not order from dista guys
Please do not order from dista guys , this looks like a scam. The order doesn’t deliver and they say they have delivered the order and you contacted them multiple times and they tell you that proof of order delivery is the “order delivery receipt they attached to the email” how funny .. no order tracking number / photo of the item delivered.
