Your web site is not user friendly
Your web site is not user friendly, difficult to search required items. On phone ordered but difficult comminute with operators with weird accent.

Quick, Easy Shopping
The entire shopping process was quite straight forward. Given the international shipping the order arrived on time as per the dates mentioned while placing the order. Product was as listed on the website and packaged properly in a transparent bag with a zipper which can be used to store the product at home. The only piece of feedback for the team will be to check the zippers on the bags in which the product is packaged. Zipper on mine was broken. There were emails received for order confirmation and when order was dispatched. No hidden charges, any tariffs or any extra charges requested upon delivery. This was my first international order and I was a bit skeptical at first but overall it was a very quick process and a good experience. I would use this platform again to buy things.

Good Price
