The product was delivered very promptly very well packed! However, when I tried it, it tasted a bit different to what I am used to (from the „same“ Agasthyarasayanam). My correspondent Question to the distributer was answered within 3 days, that only original products are sold. Thank you for your excellent service!

The package was in the good condition with this delivery. I want to let you know that in my last package in June /July - I found the dirty and broken packaging. I accept it because it was my clothes and I washed my clothes and then I used it. This time delivery was good, completely packed, no broken part. Thank you

Hi Nav, Thank you so much for your feedback! We’re glad to hear that your recent delivery arrived in good condition and that everything was properly packed this time. We’re truly sorry that your previous package in June/July arrived with dirty and broken packaging that’s not the experience we want for our customers. We appreciate your understanding and are happy to know the latest delivery met your expectations. Thank you, Customer Happiness Team!

On the whole I have no complaints. On one recent delivery I got notified by DHL that I had to pay customs duties. I brought it to the attention of Distacart and they took care of it but I should not have needed to do this since these import duties are supposed to be prepaid in advance.. On this same shipment my apartment number was omitted despite it being on my profile so I had to call DHL and update the address. Again, this should not have been necessary.

Hi Deep Johari, We are very sorry to hear about your experience and truly understand your frustration. Please rest assured that any customs duties fees are fully Dista’s responsibility. When you place an order with us, we instruct the shipping carrier to charge all such fees directly to us. In rare cases, if a customer is asked to pay these charges, we take immediate steps to resolve it. Our website guarantees that you will not be responsible for any additional fees beyond your original payment. Having said that, we have still passed the feedback to the shipping carrier regarding the issue with the address. Please reach out at [email protected] or call us at +18552534782 for more clarification and we'll be happy to assist you further. Thank you, Customer Happiness Team!

Excellent webshop, service and checkout! There was no fuss. It took a while to arrive from India, but the track and trace was on point so I was expecting it to arrive with some delay. DistaCart was sending regular updates about the shipment, which gives you more confidence also. Overall great experience!

It was my first experience with Dista, and it was amazing! They delivered the original product, carefully packed with multiple layers of protection. The entire process—from order to delivery—was handled very professionally. They stayed in touch with me until the order was delivered."
