It’s horrible to shop with them
It’s horrible to shop with them. I do not recommend them at all. My order never arrived, and it takes them an extremely long time to resolve the issue. They still haven’t solved it, and it’s already been more than two months.

Wrong product sent
Wrong product sent, partial order delivery and claims full delivery done. Customer service didn’t help either. Good luck and shop around other places if possible

Products that not what I expected
Products that not what I expected Not happy Top of that. Defected or damaged items But seller don’t want to refund it. No want to providing prepaid return ship label. Force me to keep as I have to pay for return ship fee . Absolutely ridiculous Be aware of this site

First order was lost
First order was lost. Second order was delivered but the tax has been paid by me, and there is no answer from Dista for 4 days for charge back. Although I am receiving messages daily that I am not answering their email/phone, which is apparently not true.

CUSTOMER SERVICE WILL GHOST YOU
Never received either of 2 orders placed. Customer service will send random contradictory emails. Literally told me my parcel was in 4 places at once somehow. Then ghosted me when I asked for a refund. They’re scammers. Will take your money, send you nothing and lie to your face that item was sent.

i got an email stating parcel delivered…
i got an email stating parcel delivered but I didn’t get any parcel yet. Please make sure if delivered to wrong address or location. As I clearly checked surroundings. It states delivered at doorstep nothing in front of door step. Please assist to this as soon as possible as I really need it and I paid for it. I haven’t get any proof of delivery too, atleast a picture or something so I can confirm it’s my location or not Kindly follow up and deliver my parcel
