Distacart.comReviews of distacart.com

Great customer service! Great products much cheaper than here in the United States! Definitely will purchase again from them! I was a little nervous ordering overseas, but they were wonderful. I have no complaints. I must say their customer service was much better than here in the United States as well. They told me that the product was out. They offered a substitute and they told me when they would get the product back in. I like to thank them for making this a reliable and very comfortable experience .

My order was delivered as promised.I’m very happy with service/communication and product.

Excellent follow up service. Super helpful to solve problems out of their control. Very happy with this company!

The product we received was the genuine product from India that we needed. The order was to come to us in 4 weeks and it came in two weeks. Quick service and I was kept informed as to when it was shipped and then going to arrive by the carrier. I will definitely order again from distacart when the need arises.

I wanted to eye drops badly and even if it took I finally got it, it really helped. Thankyou Dista

Good communication. Early delivery. Right product.

Excellent Customer Service

Order delivered without any hassles. On delivery a message with a picture of the mailbox and the delivery item at the door, which was received, which is better than the picture of just the delivered item because it ensures that the item was delivered to the correct address
