I was calling to cancel the bundle but keep disney....I called 3 times first 2 times...they answered but didn't hear anything but they hung up...talked to 3rd person for a bit then she hung up on me

A love shopping in your store verry good service.

They throw all the money they can at the law in order to change it to benefit them, and only them. They lay people off like crazy. They run beloved franchises into the dirt, while refusing to pay royalties. They have even been known to steal fan art, and concepts into their media without notifying the artist what so ever. Even though this company will never go away Disney has become nothing short of the Mafia. Also, Kathleen Kennedy.

I used to love Disney and I used to think they have the best customer service on the planet, but this has all changed since COVID. Yes, I gave them leeway for a while, but the service over the phone and in the park has become dismal, at best. Friendly - rarely Helpful - once out of about 10 times now Annoying - most of the time Frustrating - every single time we have to call them The way this company has dealt with annual passholders makes me fee more like I am a huge inconvenience and not a paying guest of their parks. My wife has spent hours on hold with them on multiple occasions due to the extension they gave us for the shut down months. Those hours on hold result in unfriendly people you can tell work from home and really don't care if you get what you need or not. We have had packages from their online store not arrive, orders arrive in smashed boxed, employees in the park be flat out rude with us, people on the phone be flat out rude, and about 100 hoops to jump through due to their errors. They left a message that sounded more like a threat than an actual courtesy call as they claimed. This message told us we had to sign a contract amendment due to the extension, however, the number they give us for our contract doesn't work and they just keep sending us back around the automated phone system. Disney has completely abandoned their guests and I cannot recommend anything Disney to anybody anymore. I actually find myself hoping the company fails because right now, that's what they deserve. They are treating people like garbage all under the umbrella of COVID. I never thought in my lifetime I would say this, but SeaWorld is providing far better customer service than Disney.

Thank GOD IGER is out of the picture in Walt Disney. He should of never been elected as CEO. I’m thankful BOB is now the new CEO. Liberals should not be holding high positions since they’re only one sided in there views of operation and conducting business. Disney became what it was because of they’re conservative open minded vision of the future and happiness. We MUST NEVER CHANGE WHAT WORKS so well but add and improve. Liberals are known to attack, destroy and lie to get they’re way. That is not how our democracy was built.⭐️ I just wish the original Walt family would take control and follow Mr. Walts vision with execution.

Disney like every other children programming network needs to keep their programing to the kids. Not politics not domestic terrorist groups like BLM and not LGBTQ stuff. Kids dont need this in their lives. Let them be kids. I have erased and blocked all games and recent Disney movies from all of my devices and kids and grandkids devices. Never again will my family set foot in any disney store or theme parks. Thank you for saving me money.
