Hi Dawana, We are sorry to hear that your experience was less than ideal. We hope you understand that we did our very best as a booking company to make your vacation comfortable and enjoyable. As soon as the property management company notified us that the property you have originally booked was not available for your stay, we looked for alternative homes. Being in the summer season and a last-minute adjustment, no homes were in the market for the same rates, unfortunately. Sweet Home Vacation wanted to assist our guests in every way we can, so we decided to pay the price difference for your new homes. We are very disappointed to hear that you and your family did not enjoy your annual vacation. We do apologize for your unfortunate experience, and we hope that you would book with us again next year.
