Downloaded a DiskInternals Partition Recovery trial, ran it on a USB stick that had reverted to RAW. The software ground away for 2 hours and found nothing. I then installed Disk Drill, which found 290 corrupted files.

Bought the software this summer. Some error occurred, so I opened a Ticket. Got only one time a reply (august) since then the support doesn't reply at all. --EDIT 01/25/23-- Hello Support, I'm not Alex.. I'm Bryan! Anyways.. if support would have answered me I on my ticket I didn't have to write this negativ review. And still didn't get a reply on my ticket.. I bought the software some years ago, and now I had a problem with lost photos. The staff at disk internals went all out to sort my problem. Thank you very much.

Software doesn't recover files and support doesn't answer my support ticket, even though I've payed for priority support. --- EDIT 22/09 --- Reply stated I got an answer on my support ticket. I didn't. --- EDIT 24/11 --- Ticket #327252 - No reply after 24/08 Ticket #395229 - No reply at all If there's a third option (aside from email and your website) where I can find whether or not I was answered, please let me know.

I've tried today this software in trial version and I've been impressed really when I saw its fast way of functioning and the, say, inumerous files of all types which it might be recovered.. I just wait for the best offer to buy it..and I'll have to buy an external hard drive of two or three tb to save them..since my Toshiba 931gb suddenly stop yesterday to show the files inside (because of a tv decoder connected I suppose..)

Oh, it's been a long day trying to recover my project document. I've completely lost hope about the recovery knowing that the file got lost from my hard drive. I didn't know it was possible to recover lost files on harddrive again until I started searching online if there's a way out. Who wouldn't be troubled? Final project document at that. Thanks to my friend who recommended this DiskInternals Partition recovery software for me after saving her also. I'm blown away with the fact that it's so easy to use and there are guides to the procedures for recovering the lost files. Also, I was full of joy for being able to see my file intact for free before paying to get it. That's applaudable. Thanks guys. I recommend this Partition recovery software with my whole heart
