Bought their RaidRecovery software without actually needing to (didn't realise it had file preview in trial version). After all recovered data turned out corrupted (NOT the software's fault, data was simply too damaged). I opened a ticket for refund and was initially offered assistance in recovery (sending logs of the scan), but when they confirmed that the data was indeed unrecoverable, they immediately issued a refund.

That’s when I found DiskInternals’ Partition Recovery. I was skeptical, but decided to try the trial version as there was no harm in doing so. The preview feature took a rock off my shoulders. I’ve managed to recover all of my material. The fact that I recovered all my data makes me feel assured that if a mishap like this were to occur again I don’t have to be worried at all. I would most certainly recommend this to everyone who has lost data and are looking for a way to recover it.
