FlowReviews of discoverflow.co

Flow really thief me 1200 and did not renew the service and the agent laid to me saying it will be back to me in 2 hours didn't get it. Reach out to the WhatsApp chat and ask for a supervisor agent disconnected the chat with me.. All now I don't get me credit

Was chatting with a technical support personnel called naz...I was telling him that my modem isn't working and he said he needed 15 minutes he took about 30-45 minutes to come back...and when he does he still couldn't solve my problem and was telling me that there is an outage so the internet will soon be back...when I told him there was nth wrong with the internet the problem was with the modem and he's not referring to my problem he ended the conversation...this goes to show flow doesn't give a damn about the customers all they care about is the bill being paid or they cut off your internet

This company straight up does not care about its customers… if I could rate it without a star that would have been the best rating. We’ve been without internet service since June 11,2023 and a report was made on June 19, 2023. We explained to them that where the issue is was not our permanent address as we reside in another parish. The first time we were there for three days and no one called until after we left so they told us we had to make another report. We did when we next visited the location and stayed for a week and no one called until we left again. We went back to the location on August 4, 2023 and made another report and surprise, surprise still no word from anyone and we left the location today after three weeks. How is this customer service and to make matters worse they told us if we don’t pay the bill (for no service) they WILL NOT SEND OUT ANY TECHNICIAN TO OUR LOCATION. I’m so over flow and the crappy service that they are giving.

I had and issue where my cable and internet went down . I reached out to flow with great hope they wd provide some help and have it restored. They have been giving me the run around like dem nuh care and all now I cant get any service.... this is from August 15th and today is the 18th and all now i cant get bk my service. Moreover no one even care to reach out

Need to do better

This company boils my blood day in, day out. It’s not that they don’t have the capacity to do well, they choose to play the…you know what. Back in 2017,2018,2019 were the good days. Everything post 2020 is going downhill. I am aware that since flow uses cable as form of broadband the more people using it = the slower it is but wouldn’t they understand they must innovate to stay competitive? I guess not. It is 2023 and they’re okay with my Tiktok freezing every minute, my YouTube taking a while to load and don’t even mention anything about 1080p.. Gaming was something I could do not anymore. Everytime I have to game I need to be on my data on my phone. Don’t even get me started on when the service drops randomly and takes between 8 hours to a day to fix. Do better, I know you can do better…you have fiber as a basic plan in Tobago, why not expand it to Trinidad free of cost. Your service was wayyy more better. Again, do better! BEWARE!

Worst customer service of all companies in Jamaica
