Discount Vape PenReviews of discountvapepen.com

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I can't say enough good things about Marc! From start to finish, he went above and beyond to help me. He was professional, knowledgeable, patient, and genuinely cared about making sure everything was handled correctly. He took the time to answer all of my questions, explained everything clearly, and made the entire experience stress-free. It's rare to find someone who provides such outstanding customer service and truly takes pride in helping others. Mark's kindness, dedication, and attention to detail did not go unnoticed. I am incredibly grateful for all of his help and would highly recommend him to anyone looking for exceptional service. Thank you, Marc, for making such a positive difference!

I purchased several vape products from this seller that arrived non-functional. I have extensive documentation — including email correspondence and video evidence — confirming the items did not work and that the seller explicitly agreed in writing to a full refund upon return. After receiving the returned items, the seller reversed course, claiming there was nothing wrong with them and refusing to honor the agreed-upon full refund. I have over five decades of experience as a smoker and am thoroughly familiar with vaping devices; the malfunction was not user error. This refusal has created a financial liability for me through my Sezzle payment plan, as I am now being asked to pay for products I no longer possess and that never functioned as advertised. I have also declined to pay a “return to stock” fee, as this charge is inapplicable to defective merchandise returned under the seller’s own refund agreement. I have also been notified that this review may be subject to a removal request. I have submitted my supporting documentation to Trustpilot directly and stand by the accuracy of this account. I am sharing this review to document my experience accurately and to inform other prospective customers. I have retained all supporting documentation, including written communications and video proof of the product defects, and remain prepared to provide this evidence upon request. *To the seller I have so many emails contradictory to your response. Carl was rude and not truthful and I hold firm to this statement!

Great customer service. Quality products. Fast order processing and shipping. I have been dealing with Discount Vape Pen for more than a year. They usually have the best prices but even when I have to pay a bit more I always end up choosing Dvp because to me its worth it to spend a bit more and not worry and get my orders within a weeks time from start to finish, most times I get my order within about 5 days.

This company lies and then lies more. They sell items that they have sold to others that were defective and once you return them they don’t give full refunds. Greatest rip off scam company I have ever dealt with. Do not buy here and pass the information to others.

Only purchased once from this site and doubt I will again. A simple order containing two items and one was incorrect. No accommodation for the inconvenience.

Been 5 days since my package got sent back to them and the only response they have is. The post office hold items for 3 days at the post office. We responded to email check it. Saying the same thing....Tried to explain i called because i live close and i would hsve picked it up myself. Wasnt there they sent it back. Apparently they couldnt find my address that i gey mail at everyday....

I am a repeat customer of this company, they have such a great selection of nicotine vapes. Their prices are perfect for my budget and they always have some cool devices to try. I’ve bought a few prerolls too, I have always been very happy with my order. When I received a faulty vape, which is no fault of DVP, they immediately processed a refund of that device for me. Great customer service. The shipping is insanely quick too, I usually get my order within a week from ordering.

Horrible product, tastye like burnt oil. Not ot mention the cartridge started leaking after the 2nd use. I literally would have been better off lighitng my money on fire and smoking that. Their response was so sorry, you are outside th 48 hour return window. Do yourself a favor and use another company these guys suck.
