Discount Vape PenDiscount Vape Pen has been an online vape hardware store since 2014, still run by the same three founders who started it. Based in northern New Jersey, we've shipped to customers across the U.S. for over a decade. What we do best is 510 batteries — cart batteries in every style, from stealth and auto-draw to dual-cart, variable-voltage, and high-capacity, plus empty 510 carts. We also carry a strong range of wax and concentrate gear, including e-rigs and electric nectar collectors, along with dry herb vaporizers, all from established, reputable brands.Fast, discreet shipping and support from people who actually know the products — that's what a decade in business has taught us matters most.

I bought a Cartisan 1300 mAh vape pen, June 20th. It isn't even 5 months old and the charging port is loose and only makes intermittent contact. I contacted discount vape pen and they said that the manufacturer might have a 90 day warranty, but they don't warranty their any of their products at all. It was 20 bucks, not one of those real cheap ones and discount vape puns advice was to not wiggle the cord too much.

Purchased two Pulsar PHD pens, and ran into a challenge with one unit. Logging an incident report with DVP was simple, and initial response from the org timely and appropriate. As we worked thru the first concern, the second unit had a one-off issue. No worries ==> stellar customer service yielded quick resolutions to each issue. Kudos to Mark in Customer Service for diligence & patience.

First the website let me order something that was out of stock and I had to change my order via email. Next I paid 12.95 extra for express 1-3 day shipping and it took 5 days. The site also recommended I buy a power cord which ended up not being the right one. I asked for a refund on the shipping or a store credit and was told shipping time is an estimate.

If I could give a zero review I would. We bought 50 FUME vape pens from discount vape pen online. Less than 20 of the pens actually worked they were each supposed to have 3,500 puffs I don't think that we got 3,500 Puffs out of any most were dead out of the box. In essence Discount Vape Pen is 5 times as expensive as other stores since their products are defective. No one responds from customer support.

Bought top of the line product, Vessel battery. Did not work. Charged properly, still does not work. Discount Vape sent me a video for me to repair myself. When that failed, they ceased communications.

The prices seemed too good to be true; and there was only a 5 day return window. I still made a purchase. I bought 2 vape pen batteries, both the same variety/make. The first one was faulty out the box and stopped working within days entirely. The second worked great out of the box but also stopped working and wouldn't charge or operate within the first week and a half. So that 5 day policy and their cheap prices are because they're not worth it.
