For some reason I keep getting emails with discount codes to use toward my purchase then when I click on the email the same day I receive said email with discount code and go to checkout it says the code is invalid or has exceeded the number of allowable uses nearly every single time - and they're not specific codes but for sitewide purchases for 10%-15%-20% off. Also, none of my reviews ever show up even when I'm logged in and the reviews show as accepted regardless if they're positive or critical or a mix. On top of that, I always pay extra for Route package tracking and insurance but Route always shows that DVP canceled my shipment even when I contact DVP CS they never canceled and my tracking number is still working just fine but I can't fix anything with Route so is it even covering anything and they tell me yes but I keep reading Route's fine print and can't get a human on the phone and I don't think they will since you can't uncancel a wrongly canceled shipment they claim was done on the Merchant's side which is costing me money every time I purchase. On top of this, inventory is stagnant. I keep checking and even when I get advertising emails that make sense to me about things like voltage ranges for certain cannabinoids I then go to the site and can't find any devices that hit the low voltages mentioned in the email which doesn't make sense. There's also a bunch of missing tools and products for basic things like for reclamation, heavy bottomed borosilicate glass containers, 100% borosilicate reusable glass syringes like the Fortuna Luer-Slip 1ml syringes you can buy from Grainger (though you can get other sizes too, and buy them wholesale and cheaper than I can buy them from Grainger myself), low-temp heat guns, glass cleaners, terp pearls... you name it. Also you sell CBD tinctures and gummies and maybe a disposable vape or two but not individual cart blends that have no THC of any kind so if you already have a medical THC vape cart that isn't full spectrum so you need CBD or CBN but can't ship anything with THC (including THC-A or d9/d8 THC and THC-P is on the chopping block next and you don't want any THCV either) you don't have options here. What I DO like is receiving my deliveries and not having them held up or having to make sure I'm home like I'm waiting for my internet to be installed for days and still not being sure if the package is actually going to arrive or get RTS or have to sign for it because if I had to sign for it whomever was delivering it in my area is WAY too lazy in my area to get signatures and they just dump the packages constantly, usually in one of construction dumpsters down the road.

I love that I can get the Vuse pods through you all and is a fair deal with decent shipping. The negative would be that you seem to run out of your stock of Vuse (5% menthol) rather quickly

I have just made my first order. I have read the reviews. The majorities are negative im hoping they are learning from them. Everyone makes mistakes. What's important is making the effort to make it right. I have noticed that the rating are getting better as time go's by. it would be great if I could make a positive review, as well as letting people know that things are improving there are alot of negative reviews but their working to make it better. I have owned a construction company for 23 yrs. I have learned that customer's are right even when there wrong. This makes a big difference. I get a lot of referral's and it makes for a pleasant work environment all together. You are able to learn from your mistakes. That if you want to. They are working to change that. The negative reviews are definitely scaring away business. Im taking the chance to see, if that effort is being made. Hopefully someone does read these. If so they will know in advance to make things go smoothly. Resolve any problem before it happens. I will save this make a copy to add to my review. This would definitely show that progress is being made, do to the effort. let me thank you in advance for your professional courtesy, and products you would be proud to put your name on. Otherwise your just throwing money away.

I order 2 First time one work and one was a dead one

The prices seemed too good to be true; and there was only a 5 day return window. I still made a purchase. I bought 2 vape pen batteries, both the same variety/make. The first one was faulty out the box and stopped working within days entirely. The second worked great out of the box but also stopped working and wouldn't charge or operate within the first week and a half. So that 5 day policy and their cheap prices are because they're not worth it.
