Good price for the product. The paper towel is strong and tough which is what I need for my shop. The paper towels are folded nicely and pulled out orderly without chaos.

The kit I was sent was missing hardware. The customer service center sent me a link to purchase the missing replacement pieces from Amazon and refunded me the difference...but then my order was canceled by amazon due to the item being out of stock. The kit appeared to be a return from someone else, they need better quality control before sending out their products.
Response from DiscounttodayMay 7, 2025
We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience you've experienced. Please rest assured that the product we shipped to you was brand new and not a returned item. We deeply regret the missing hardware and the complications you faced with the replacement pieces. We are continuously working to improve our quality control processes and customer service to prevent such issues from happening in the future. Thank you for your patience, and we truly appreciate your understanding.
