After placing my order, I was hesitant since I never ordered through discounttoday. I queried their AI Assistant the following day, and the following day after my inquiry, I received a response with a tracking number. Three days later, my merchandise was at my doorstep. No need to contact customer service! Better than other competitors'shipping, and better price too......

Fake non existing customer service. You will not be able to get hold of anyone no matter what is the issue. They don't have a clear way to delete an account. I want to delete my information from their website and have reached out enumerous time without any response.it feels like dealing with a scammer. They will probably answer the reviews that's refer to their questionable business here with a cliche of their sorry...rather than answering any customer need.and I have been trying for many weeks I do not recommend this business at all use their website at your risk

I ordered the Whirlpool WHADUS5 dual stage carbon block under sink water filtration system on May 29th 2025 and have not heard any thing from this "company". I have called twice, emailed and posted to the online customer service and no reply. So I have no product or reply from them.

I put an order in today 5/29/25 my credit card company notified me that my payment went out of the USA. I called the company to see what up with that and got no answer on the phone except leave a message. I emailed and called several times thru out the day with no response. Thus company maybe a scam. Why was my payment credited out side the USA? Why won’t anyone respond to my phone calls and emails. Buyer beware. I think I’m going to put a stop to my credit card bill.

We're very sorry for the concern and inconvenience this has caused. We understand how important it is to feel secure when placing an order online. We did receive your order and have sent you an email regarding it, but it appears we have not received a reply. It’s possible our message may have gone to your spam or promotions folder — please kindly check those as well. Our payment processor is global, which may explain why the transaction was routed outside the U.S., but rest assured, we are a U.S.-based business and your order is being handled with care. Thank you for your patience and for giving us the opportunity to resolve this.

Ordered a John Deere mulch control kit for a zero turn mower on May 5th. It was the cheapest price that I could find by a substantial amount. Was supposed to arrive in 7 to 9 days but to my surprise it was delivered by UPS on the 3rd day. The product was new in the box and just as advertised. Very pleased with this purchase.
Response from DiscounttodayMay 14, 2025
Thank you so much for the great review! We're thrilled to hear that your John Deere mulch control kit arrived even earlier than expected and that you were happy with both the price and the product. We appreciate your trust and hope to serve you again soon!

This is not a legitimate website. Their phone number is fake and they never mailed the product. They keep sending emails that they’re going to mail the product and then they never provide accurate tracking #.
