The two gentlemen, Martin and Anthony, understood my dilemma of having to get 2 tires installed FAST in order for me to get to work on the night shift on time. They OVER-DELIVERED! I will continue to recommend this place for tires (as well as increasing their pay).

I did a ton of research prior to purchasing tires for my car. Discount Tires Direct was by far the best value. Not only were all discounts and rebates applied properly and in a timely manner, but the tires arrived in great condition within just a few days. After a follow up for a warranty issue, my love of the company only strengthened in that they honored the issue and made it right, in a super quick manner. Have the utmost confidence ordering from this company, they are top-notch!!

Not sure trustpilot has their facts straight but DT is way better than places like Mavis. Pretty sure there’s something wrong with this site.

Recently went to Discount Tire in Suwanee, GA and was treated so professionally and efficiently. I had a low tire so I had the air pressure checked first. They saw a nail and offered to fix it right then. I checked in at the desk and was taken care of. It was very busy but in 90 minutes I was leaving with my tire fixed. I was shocked when he gave me the paper work and was told I did not owe then anything. I will return to this store when ever I need tires. They are a 5 star operation.

Free flat fixes and Quality customer service. I bought 4 new tires here and the insurance to cover them. They got me in and out quickly and at a good price.

On July 11, 2023 I had my tires rotated and balanced at the Discount Tire shop in Branson, Missouri. Cole, the manager & the crew did a great job rotating and balancing my tires in less than 45 minutes. There was no waiting. I was super happy with my experience at the Branson facility. Thank you Dan

I had a screw in my tire and drove up to Discount Tire at closing time, 6 pm. I explained my problem and in an instant the service guy took my keys to check the problem. The tire could not be fixed because of the location of the screw. I instructed the technician if at all possible, just give me four new tires so I would not have to worry about being stranded. The entire crew stayed until my tires were put on my car. They all were very courteous and wanted to make sure that I was taken care of. Normally you do not receive service like this. I am now and always will be a Discount Tire customer and will refer all family and friends. Corporate should congratulate these technicians with lunch or dinner, they deserve that and more. thank you again Store 6602 Hwy 6 N, Houston, TX 77084
