I've been a happy Discount tire customer for years until my last set of tires and rims. A couple weeks after purchasing new tires and rims I noticed a clicking sound from my driver's side rear tire. Turns out the lug nut cover on the wheel had. A screw fall out and the other screw had loosened a little. I took it back and they looked at it, and said they didn't have a screw. While the service technician was respectful, I basically was told there's nothing they could do.

Been using Discount Tire in Phoenix for >20 years. They no longer book early appointments, booking starts later in morning. Therefore, people waiting for free things or fixing things get in first. When we made an appointment, was told time it would be done. Wife and I went shopping across street, returned 45 minutes later. Car was no in stall yet. They were 45' to 1 hour behind at 9:15. How can that be? The reason: they do not honor appointments in the two South Phoenix locations. They say they do, being an hour behind is not honoring an appointment.
