Well we started with a salt pool but after a couple of years if problems and 2 new generator we were ready to throw in the towel. Converted to adding chlorine tabs. However that got tiresome so back to salt. Bought another generator for the heyward. Did not work. So more research and here we came across Discount Salt Pools. Sounded good; reviews were good so we purchased the Edge 40. It was here in just a couple of days. Yea!! Easy install with the conversion kit. Double Yea!! Switched on and the flow sensor did not work!!!!! Arghhhh!! Monday morning I’m on the phone to the store. Don answers my call. He explains that was an unusual problem but that I can unscrew the sensor and check if there is a pebble lodged. I saw the the sensor was running vertical instead of horizontal to the flow. Quick fix. My unit is running perfectly. The great thing is that I was able to immediately speak to a person who could help.
