Everything was pretty easy to install. I wish there was a little more detail< but overall everything worked out perfectly.

So far product is working as advertised. I hope it last better than my old compupool systems I had previously.

All in all my experience with Discount Salt Pool was good. My shipment was initially missing some components so I contacted Discount Salt Pool and let them know of my problem. Soon I was talking to a representative on the phone and was sent a whole knew shipment with expedited delivery. I would definitely go through these guys again.

I had an issue with one of the purchase and you were quick to pass the buck on to someone else .I got the problem solved,but you could have helped me a little more.But of course that is my opinion, after dealing with you for all my purchases.I deserve a little more help from you thanks for everything and have a wonderful day.

Parts arrived on time

If I could rate this a 4.75 I would have. The people on the phone were super helpful in getting me a new chlorine generator. The only issue I had was trying to get the outlet connection to stop leaking. Again, the people were more than willing to send new connectors since I had to change the installation layout and were also willing to send new O-rings. I thing the design of the connection has to be reworked to allow for minor offset in the installation. When all is said and done, I would use and recommend them in a flash. I am very satisfied with their efforts to help me!!
