The website is hard to navigate and they make you pay to exchange an order. They're not very helpful with assistance in finding the right product. Don't waste your money here, buy elsewhere. In order to return an item it would cost me over $30, when that is around the same cost as the item. Buy from Amazon or elsewhere.

Just terrible. Ordered a roof rack that they said fit my van and it came nowhere close to fitting. When I went to return the item, the cost to ship it back to them was more than the product itself. Total waste of money ripoff.

I bought product and they send me something that doesn't fit. They don't answer any of my emails and are refusing to send me correct item . Do not trust this place they will rip you off just like they did me.noyhing but thieves

I was very excited about my new Cruiser-lift for the back of my motorhome. Took the website to my mechanic and with the information there he said he was pretty sure it could be installed and he didn't see any issues. So I dropped the $7K for the Cruiser-lift and waited very excitedly for it to show up. Once I received it, I took it down to my mechanic. He tried every way he could think of to make it work but it could not be installed. I contacted Discount Ramps and asked If I could return it they told me no. So I asked if I could swap it out for a ramp that could go in the back of my truck, they once again said no. so here I sit with a useless pile of metal and a very rude company that If I would have known how they treat customers I would have NEVER purchased anything from them. And no one around my town will buy anything from them either, too many better options. lol

Quality shed ramp. Well-manufactured, solid materials, well packaged, and fast shipping. Very impressed overall. Don’t let the negative reviews persuade your decision to not use this company.

My item did not arrive, I asked for a refund several times, did not receive one, these people are scammers, avoid them at all cost, because it will cost you..! :(

I purchase a jet ski ramp from Discount Ramps through Amazon. The ramp was shipped and scheduled to arrive on the 3rd of July after it not showing for a few days I emailed Discount Ramps and got told to handle it through Fed-Ex which turned into a nightmare after emailing back and forth with Discount trying to get them to assist with getting the package to arrive and being told I needed to handle it. I finally got FED-Ex to get it to me on the 12th. The real frustrations comes when I open the crate and it is missing all kinds of Hardware and rollers. I had to make do with bolts I had and still am missing wheels and the rods. I contacted them and have had no response. If I had it to do over I would spend a little more money and go some where else.

The entire experience was perfect. Shipped in 2 days, was here 2 days later. The freight guy was awesome and very helpful. We purchased a 26’ L shaped with 5x5 turn platform. Everything is labeled and taped together, and lots of helpful videos online. It took about 8 hours with breaks and no rush. The brand is ez-access and it feels very high quality
