I ordered 4 magazines the end of December 2021. up until now(april 7,2022) I have received 3 of these magazines(2 in February and 1 in march) still waiting for the fourth one . what is taking so long?

I ordered People magazine on January 8, 2022. My order stated that it will be delivered between March 5th and April 2nd. Here it is April 2nd and NO Magazine! I find it hard to believe it takes this long to process a magazine subscription. I would like a response to this review!

We apologize for any delay in service. We left you a voicemail and sent you an email regarding your issue. We reached out to the processing centers and they indicated your subscription will start this month. The typical delivery time frame for a subscription to arrive is between 8-10 weeks. That is the current industry standard. The reason it takes 8-10 weeks is because all the publishers print the mailing labels ahead of time. They will typically print 1-2 months ahead.

Update: First of all, Kudos to Trust Pilot! Upon publishing my earlier review, they contacted DM. That generated a flurry of CS activity on the part of DM to remedy the issue. Thanks TP. DM CS has contacted me several times, and they also communicated directly with LUXE. LUXE is extending the subscription period and changing the regional issue to Texas. DM also offered and provided additional compensations that soothed my ire and were much appreciated. Therefore, in the spirit of reconciliation, and to recognize Trust Pilot for their outstanding involvement, I am revising my rating in this matter. Original Review: Ordered LUXE magazine. Did not receive the first issue until 5 months after order. Issues are specific for different regions. I live in DFW but they sent me Arizona. Contacted DM's CS initially about the delay and now about the error in regional issue. Have yet to receive a response. Subscribing to print magazines is akin to ordering VHS tapes...it's over. Never again.

It looks like you've been a customer of ours since 2016 - we thank you for choosing us for so long! We too are disappointed it took so long for your subscription to start and that you got the Arizona edition rather than Dallas edition. As a reseller of magazine subscriptions, we have no control over the printing and delivery of magazine subscriptions but it is our responsibility to fight on your behalf and keep you informed - which is what we've been doing. One of our Customer Service managers gave you a call and left a voicemail to assist in correcting the city. Otherwise if we're unable to accomplish that, we will certainly make it right.

First time ordering from the company and my order did not arrive within the specified time frame. I contacted CS and they were most helpful in resolving the problem with the company of the ordered magazine. CS was excellent and very fair. I will not hesitate to place my future orders with Discount Mags!!!
