I have happily used their services for several decades. Tried to log in yesterday but password no longer worked. Requested a code which took around five minutes for delivery but logged me in. Discovered that all of my info was missing from my account, particularly the four magazines I had on discount lock. I emailed to ask what happened to my data and received a rapid reply that the customer service person could see it. I replied that, if they couldn't fix my access, they would need to cancel the discount locks. I later received notification that all the locks had been disabled. Logged in again today and still no access to my data. 10/6/26 Update: Discount Mags responded today and I was able to log in with the new email. However, up to today, correspondence has been coming to the old email and requests from my account to renew subscriptions continue to go the old address. Additionally, I can not change addresses on renewals nor have I been able to change method of payment. I remain hopeful for resolving these problems and appreciate their response.

We are so terribly sorry for your issues. We looked into it and you're not seeing your orders because you have a different email address. We have contacted you at your new email address and let you know what your old email account address is so you can login with that.

Customer service was amazing! I queried about a missed issue. It wasn't simply the super-fast reply, but also the remarkable clarity and depth of the reply. The detail and screenshots— responsible, and reassuring.

Just didn’t seem to the the robust choices and low prices of past offerings. It was good, but not great. 4 stars

You are not wrong when you say that there are less choices these days. A lot of major magazine publications have shut down or consolidated. We wish it weren’t so, but unfortunately, it is and we try our best to add new publications. Please accept our apologies for the reduced choices now compared to years ago.

Find another source for your subscriptions. They put you on auto renewal and insist you renew 6 months before your subscription ends, and will not let you push the date back a few months. Additionally- the card on file was no longer working. They searched the internet and found another card of mine to charge instead- without notifying me or my having given authorization to use that card. They won't explain how they got that card number. We had to initiate a dispute with the bank to get the charge reversed. Because I turned off my auto renewal, my current subscription with 6 months left on it was canceled with no refund. They refuse to reinstate my subscription. This is a total scam. Find another reliable provider and pay a little more. It will be worth it in the end.

We assure you we do not search the Internet for our customers credit card numbers. If your card was charged, it was because it was on file. All auto renewal subscriptions get a 30-day reminder and a 7-day reminder. Even if it renews, you have 6 months up cancel and get a refund. Also, we do not touch an existing subscription based on the auto-renewal turning off. Please contact us and we will help you out and ensure your subscription is restored if you accidentally cancelled it.
