My order tracking has been stuck for 9 days and no one answers my emails don’t risk losing your money

I got a very quick response to my enquiry by email. I found the email exchange to be helpful and friendly. It was explained that due to Covid 19 maybe a delay in receiving product. It was maybe up to a fortnight, no longer from my placing order to receiving order. It’s come from US to UK and postage wasn’t expensive, so no complaints. Especially considering the circumstances. Some reviews are saying fake company or a scam. My experience is definitely not that it’s a fake company or a scam. I got a very reasonably priced product from a manufacturer I’m familiar with, all within a fortnight. I recommend discount health products and will be ordering from them again

SCAM. THIS COMPANY DOESNT EXIST. THEY ARE USING THE PANDEMIC TO SCAM PEOPLE. IT'S A DISGRACE. DO NOT TRUST THE REVIEWS SAYING THAT THEY GOT THE PRODUCT. I DID IT BEFORE ORDERING. THEY TOOK MY MONEY 1 MONTH AGO. UNTIL TODAY I HAVEN'T RECEIVE ANYTHING. PLEASE BE AWARE. IT'S A SCAM. THANK YOU.

BEWARE! 18 April 2020: Same experience as with the previous reviewer, ordered on march 23rd, money taken, given a tracking number that doesn't work. Nothing turned up. No response to emails to customer service either directly by email, or their online enquiry form. I Don't know who wrote them, but don't believe those 5 star reviews you see, you can however believe the one star reviews from people who never received their goods, I wish I'd read them before dealing with them. Professional looking website, but basically its just a scam. Got to go through the hassle now of claiming money back from my credit card issuer. May Update: I have to retract the word 'Scam'. I opened a dispute with my card provider then unbelievably 6 weeks after I placed the order, it turned up. However, I'm still very annoyed, their after-sales care is non-existent. Now I've got the aggravation of getting back in-touch with the card provider again to withdraw the dispute. Why would you cause all of this ill feeling and inconvenience by just refusing to answer any of your customers communications. We all accept that there could be delays under the present circumstances, all any of us wanted was a reply. Will I be buying again, well, would you?

Ordered both Motrin Ibuprofen Tablets and Tylenol Extra Strength Rapid Release on two separate orders. Both items arrived with very short use by dates aug 20 and jan 21. But I believe it was due to the current exceptional situation and they immediately sent replacements! You can trust them

Received my order (melatonin tabs) 9 days after ordering. I did contact the company after 7 days and got an immediate email response to say they had been dispatched. Very pleased with service and product.

I've just received the Melatonin caps that I ordered, it took 6 days which I think is fantastic. I was skeptical that they would even arrive but for £14 I took a shot. Amazing, hopefully this will help me with my sleep. I'll definitely order again.
