Genuinely great service -fast, easy, cheap, comprehensive

I had a really good experience with Discounted Labs. The website made it easy to find the exact tests I wanted, including an estradiol sensitive test that I actually could not purchase directly through the Quest website, even though the lab itself was performed by Quest. The pricing was also lower than buying the same labs directly through Quest. After purchase, everything was simple and straightforward. I was able to schedule my lab appointment through the Discounted Labs website without any hassle, which was a much smoother experience than I’ve had with another wholesale lab company before. I also liked that my results showed up both on Quest and on Discounted Labs as soon as they were available. Overall, the whole process felt streamlined, convenient, and transparent. Definitely a 5 star experience for me.

Was an extremely quick process, and was able to get my results decently fast as well. Only problem I had was I had to ask for some of my tests to be released because of some computer complications. Other than that everything went well.

I will never use discountedlabs.com again or recommend them ever. I went to my appointment and was there 10 min. early and waited 30 min. total and still no service or communication from the staff at the discountedlabs.com third-party location—to draw my blood. So what I noticed was after 11:30am they stopped taking customers, which I figured was because they were taking their lunch since the next appointment was at 1:30pm, so after realizing this, I left. I understand it's not discountedlabs.com's direct fault, but this company recommended the third-party and wasted my time; some of the issue falls on them. Don't ever use the third-party labs known as Quest Diagnostics. Just terrible organization.

The availability of specific tests was what stood out the most to me.The price point was extremely fair after one experience with this Lab I will be signing up for quarterly blood work exclusively with this company. And last thing id like to add is the fast turn around I had 8 out of the 10 tests I ordered in about 4 hours after my blood draw and the other two in just a few days best process ive ever had gave me peace of mind immediately knowing my health markers were on point thank you guys!

Scheduling appointment was easy, checkin process was fastwith the code and communication on test results was quick. I would definitely recommend this service to others.

Easy semi affordable way to order your own lab work. Much less expensive than having ordered my MD. As I don't have insurance.

I have done lab shopping online for years. Once I found discountedlabs, I no longer need to do this. DL has a large variety of tests at great prices and I especially enjoy booking my lab appointment at the same time. DL is a win-win so get on the band wagon, folks. You will be a return customer like I am.
