Was a long time customer but they play…
Was a long time customer but they play games with refunds now and how you can actually use store credit. Refunded a one-time order because my standing subscription was cheaper just to move up to now and no option to use my store credit and my credit card was charged! Never mind that one time order is now more expensive than most other self pay online labs. So $47 is basically impounded until I need labwork again and go with their now overpriced BS and I can't use on my more reasonably priced subscription And that future lab will be the final time, after 5 years, that I use DiscountedLabs. And FYI DiscountedLab pays for reviews posted here so take what others say with a grain of salt here

The cost was reasonable
The cost was reasonable. what is questionable is the appointment and scheduling. I showed up 20 minutes before my scheduled appointment and signed in. however they served a walk in without an appointment before me and 2 other costumers with appointment. I had to wait 40 minutes. so appointments are just meaningless.

All tests were advertised as using the LC-MS procedure. Only one of four tests followed that procedure.
